The approved return shipment must include the original invoice or packing slip, complete accessories, manuals, cables, bundled items, and original product packaging wherever possible. The issued RMA number must be clearly mentioned on the outer shipping carton only. Customers must not write anything directly on the product box or original manufacturer packaging.
