At HtlStore (www.htlstore.com), customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been processed, packed, shipped, or moved to an advanced fulfillment stage. Because many of our products are technical, specialized, high-value, or sourced based on confirmed customer orders, cancellation requests are accepted only within the allowable processing stage and are subject to review.

To request cancellation, the customer must contact us through the official SupportContact Us, or designated customer service email channel and provide the relevant order reference details. Requests for order cancellation will be considered only if the order status is still under  pre-processing stage.

Once an order has been confirmed for dispatch, packed, handed over to the courier, shipped, or marked as processed, cancellation may not be possible. 

If a customer requests to cancel an order before it has been shipped, a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value will be applied to cover payment processing charges. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

If Htlstore cancels an order for any reason, no cancellation fee will be charged, and the customer will receive a full refund.

HtlStore (www.htlstore.com) reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests in cases involving custom orders, special procurement items, made-to-order products, non-cancellable supplier orders, or any order already under processing or shipment.

If a cancellation request is approved, the eligible refund amount, after applicable deductions if any, will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
